Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at support@adoebike.com within 14 days of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, chargers, and promotional items are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional service center for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
