Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, as we ship from our local regional warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery.
What is the warranty policy on ADO electric bikes?
We offer a comprehensive warranty that covers the frame for up to 10 years and key electrical components, including the motor and battery, for 12 months against manufacturing defects.
Can I ride my ADO e-bike in the rain?
Yes, our e-bikes feature an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water.
Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
ADO e-bikes arrive 85% to 95% pre-assembled. You will only need to install minor parts like the pedals, front wheel, and handlebars using the toolkit and video guide provided in the package.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team first for troubleshooting or replacement parts.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Charging times vary by model, but most ADO batteries take between 4 to 6 hours to reach a full charge from zero. You can charge the battery while it is on the bike or remove it for indoor charging.
